RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases of the StreetstoStadium Football Development Guide are generally final once the download has been delivered or accessed. We will review refund requests for duplicate purchases, a corrupted or inaccessible file that we cannot replace, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Do not send a product back without return instructions. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photographs or video of the product and packaging. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel a physical-product order before it enters processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the applicable return process will apply. Digital orders cannot normally be cancelled after delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Downloaded digital products, used or damaged physical products, items returned without authorization and gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require 5–10 business days to display the credit. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
