TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of the StreetstoStadium online store and your purchase of our products. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. STORE AND CONTACT
StreetstoStadium provides football education products and training equipment. Contact us at fromstreetstostadium@gmail.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your purchase and supervise your training.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen or production batch. Product images may include demonstration props; a football is not included with the Solo Football Trainer unless the product page expressly states otherwise. We may correct errors, update information or limit quantities.

4. ORDERS AND PRICING
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock or fulfillment problems, pricing errors, delivery restrictions or legal reasons. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their destination unless checkout states otherwise.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCE
The Football Development Guide is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and use your copy, but you may not reproduce, resell, share, upload, distribute or create competing products from it without written permission.

6. TRAINING AND SAFETY
Our content and equipment are educational tools, not medical advice, individual coaching or a guarantee of football selection, performance or professional success. Training must be adapted to the player’s age, health, ability and environment. Use equipment in a clear area, inspect it before use and stop if it is damaged or causes pain. Seek advice from qualified coaches and healthcare professionals where appropriate.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, customs and local conditions. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The StreetstoStadium name, S2S logo, guide, copy, graphics and original content are protected intellectual property. No rights are transferred except the limited personal-use licence stated above.

9. PROHIBITED USE
You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, interfere with checkout, commit fraud, scrape content for resale, infringe intellectual property or use our products for unlawful purposes.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments, fulfillment, shipping and digital delivery may be provided by third parties. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

11. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetstoStadium is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. The version in force when your order is placed applies to that order.
